Camels

We are two-humped camels called Bactrian Camels and unlike our cousins the Dromedary Camels, you won't find us in Egypt, we prefer the mountains of Mongolia. You have to make sure to visit us both in the winter and in the summer because we look very different. We shed all of our hair in the summer except for small patches on the tops of our humps and on our heads so we don't get sunburned. Our long lashes keep the dust out of our eyes and we have pads on our chest and knees so it doesn't hurt to kneel in the hot sand. Also, we store fat in our humps....not water!
